Aneesah
Al-Mohsen specializes in property accounting, monthly financial
statements for residential and commercial properties, and audits of property
bookkeeping
records. Provides training for all resident managers oversees the timely
reporting of all property records.
Cindy
Haugstad, Account Specialist,
has been with Sackett Corporation for 17 years. She prepares monthly financial
statements for residential and commercial properties and is our in-house
specialist for HUD subsidy contracts, billing and certification.
Lynne
Bailey handles all aspects of Accounts Payable, from the verification of
eligible vendors, proper invoicing, and cost allocation, to the timely and
accurate payment. Additionally, she manages all property checking accounts
and maintains adequate balances for all forseeable expenses and liabilities.
Jean
Pritchett is the Administrative Assistant to the four
managers.
Additionally she is responsible for vendor accounts, credit checks,
assistant to accounting and human resources.
Sharon Pancho is your first contact with Sackett Corporation when you place a
call to anyone in the corporate office. In addition to directing your call
to the right person, she assists with various accounting functions and other
vital daily office routines.
