Gary
is the President of Sackett Corporation. Mr. Sackett has over 30 years
experience in the complexity of managing
subsidized
apartments.
He
holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from
the University of Arizona. In 1975, the Institute of Real Estate
Management awarded him
the title of Certified Property Manager. Mr. Sackett holds
a California Real Estate
Broker’s license and is past board member of the Sacramento
Apartment Association as well as a past president of Sacramento
Valley Chapter
of the Institute of Real Estate Management. Mr. Sackett is also
a member of
the
California Receiver Forum. He is past president of the Big Brothers\Sisters
of Sacramento.

Barry
is Vice President of Sackett Corporation. Mr. Trubitsky has over 27 years
of extensive management of apartments, retail shopping centers
and commercial office parks. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in the Social
Sciences from the University of California Sacramento. He has been awarded
the Certificate Property Manager designation through the Institute of Real
Estate Management and is a Certified Apartment Manger through the National
Apartment Association. Mr. Trubitsky is past 1995 president of the Sacramento
Valley Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Barry L. Trubitsky
Robert
is the Chief Financial Officer of the Sackett Corporation. Mr. Gregory has
28 years experience in financial reporting and analysis, taxes, accounting
and
office management in construction, real estate development and property management.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from California State
University, Sacramento. Mr. Gregory obtained a CPA certification
with a Big 8 firm in 1984. Mr. Gregory’s computer literacy includes
Novell, Microsoft and DOS applications as well as many accounting systems,
spreadsheets and data bases.

is a Regional Property Manager with the Sackett Corporation and a licensed
Real Estate Agent. He has owned and managed multi-family properties
for 26 years in the greater Sacramento area and Davis. Mr Cook has extensive
experience in apartment acquisitions and sales, proerpty development,
owner representative during construction, start-up management and major
property
renovations.
